Your Role:
  • Be the first and last impression - welcome patients warmly and ensure they feel cared for throughout their visit.
  • Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient communications with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support seamless check-in and check-out processes, including payments and membership enrollments.
  • Provide concierge-level service, anticipating patient needs and resolving issues with positivity and discretion.
  • Maintain a polished, organized, and professional front desk environment.
  • Partner with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and an exceptional overall experience.

Requirements:
  • Customer service or front desk experience required (medical or aesthetics preferred, but not necessary).

  • Comfort with technology (phones, iPads, scheduling platforms).
