Wednesday, January 21, 2026 from 10am-1pm, 461 Valley Road, Wayne, NJ 07470.

We are hiring for our Adults Residential programs – Direct Support Professionals – All shifts. You will be employed within our Community Residential Services for Adults, helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their best life. Direct Support Professionals help those in our care to reach their highest potential, while gaining experience and learning new skills.

We are hiring across Pompton Lakes, Oakland, Dumont and Montville, NJ. Various schedules and shifts are currently available, including days, evenings, and overnights.

• Empower individuals to develop skills for daily life, supporting their personal growth.
• Encourage independence through personalized plans of care.
• Plan events and outings to build connections within the community.
• Communicate with residents' families and guardians.

We're Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:

The current hiring range for this position is $19.06 – $19.44 per hour
