Credentialing Coordinator

Overview

Insight Global is seeking a CAQH Credentialing Coordinator for a large medical group in Marlton, NJ. This is a hybrid role with 1 day onsite per week. The coordinator manages credentialing activities, ensures data accuracy, and supports onboarding and payer processes.

• Coordinate compliance and accuracy of clinician information in CAQH and PECOS databases for VMG clinicians, ensuring timely recredentialing and billing capability.
• Update and attest provider data, maintain practice location information for ADA compliance, and manage Medicare/Medicaid rosters.
• Process monthly CAQH attestations and onboard new providers, handling basic data manipulation in Excel.
• Communicate with medical affairs and payer credentialing teams to address expirable items and keep credentialing data up to date.
• Manage a panel of roughly 300–350 providers and use Docu Sign for required documentation.
• Work independently with strong work ethic; demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Collaborate with a team that includes 3 coordinators, 1 specialist, 1 supervisor, and the AVP of Physician Compliance.

• At least 3 years of credentialing or billing experience.
• Strong knowledge of CAQH, NPI, and PECOS.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently and remotely.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic data manipulation.
• Ability to manage a large provider panel (300–350) and work in a hybrid environment (1 day onsite in Marlton, NJ).

All work is electronic and equipment will be provided. This role is part of a larger team dedicated to physician compliance and credentialing.
