• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction agreements and tax-sensitive documents.
• Research and advise on federal, state, and local tax issues affecting deals and ongoing operations.
• Develop tax-efficient strategies aligned with client objectives and timelines.
• Guide clients on compliance, reporting, and interaction with taxing authorities.
• Collaborate across practice groups and with external advisors to drive seamless closings.
• Represent clients in tax authority discussions and, when needed, disputes.

• 8+ years practicing tax law with emphasis on transactional matters.
• Proven record handling complex, tax-driven corporate transactions.
• Exceptional drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills with business acumen.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• New Jersey Bar required (or ability to obtain promptly).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple high-level matters.
