Associate Attorney – Family Law & Criminal Defense (South Jersey)

We are a boutique family law firm in South Jersey seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing practice. Our firm focuses primarily on family law matters, with additional work in criminal defense.

• Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence matters.
• Appear in Court handling trials, motions, and other litigation related proceedings.
• Conduct client consultations and prepare case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and correspondence.
• Assist with criminal defense cases as needed, including legal research, drafting motions, and appearing in court.

• Must be licensed and eligible to practice law in New Jersey.
• Family law experience is preferred but not required.
• Interest in handling both family law and criminal defense.
• Strong interpersonal skills, as the position requires significant client contact.
• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask is a must.
• Preferably resides in New Jersey.

• Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
