Automotive Service Manager – Burns Honda

We’re Looking For
  • Experience running a high‑volume dealership service department
  • Someone who can set expectations and hold the line
  • A communicator who keeps the team aligned and customers informed
  • Someone comfortable managing workflow, CSI, gross, and shop efficiency
  • A leader who isn’t afraid of high expectations
  • Proven record of leading people, managing volume, and lifting performance without babysitting or battling internal chaos
  • Ability to tackle frustrations such as fighting for resources, lack of structure, advisors not following up, techs not supported, constant excuses, leadership that talks about standards but never enforces them, or carrying everyone’s workload
Compensation

$100,000 – $120,000 consisting of weekly salary and a monthly bonus based on performance standards.
