Hours:

Candidates must be available to work full-time Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, weekends, holidays, as needed. Specific weekend hours may vary based on patient and operational needs.

Pay: $85k - $93k per year DOE

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse functions as a dynamic member of the patient care team, providing education, coordination, and clinical support to fertility patients throughout their treatment journey. This role serves as a key liaison between patients and providers, ensuring seamless care delivery, patient understanding, and an exceptional experience from consultation through treatment.

What You’ll Do
  • Patient Care & Treatment Coordination
    • Coordinate the care, management, and treatment of fertility patients.
    • Implement provider directives through the management of diagnostic testing and clinical treatment plans.
    • Provide care in accordance with established RMA workflows, policies, procedures, and clinical practice guidelines.
    • Review medical records and laboratory results, ensuring accurate information is documented within the electronic medical record (EMR).
    • Communicate test results, treatment plans, and patient instructions in a timely and professional manner.
    • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation of patient care activities within the EMR.
  • Patient Education & Support
    • Educate patients throughout all phases of their fertility treatment journey.
    • Set appropriate expectations and provide guidance regarding testing, treatment options, medications, and RMA processes.
    • Foster a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
    • Anticipate patient concerns, answer questions, and provide reassurance during treatment.
  • Clinical Excellence
    • Demonstrate sound clinical judgment in implementing individualized plans of care.
    • Perform nursing interventions and procedures as needed to promote patient safety and positive clinical outcomes.
    • Assist physicians with in-office procedures as required.
  • Team Collaboration & Professional Development
    • Participate in the education and training of nursing staff.
    • Mentor peers and contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and productive work environment.
    • Partner effectively with clinical and administrative teams across departments to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license without limitations - required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – required
  • BCLS, ACLS, and/or IV Certification - preferred
  • Two or more years of practical nursing experience – highly preferred
