Licensed Real Estate Agent – Leads Provided, Full Support, Real Results

• A consistent pipeline of opportunities delivered straight to you
• Expert coaching, accountability, and skill-building to boost your lead conversion rates
• Marketing, CRM, admin, and transaction coordination assistance so you can focus on closing deals
• A driven, collaborative team culture centered on excellence and client satisfaction
• Agents typically close 2–4 transactions per month within their first year with us

• Licensed or actively working toward licensure
• Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Eager to utilize proven systems and maintain consistent accountability
• Dedicated to mastering lead conversion strategies
• Passionate about developing a long-term, successful real estate career

• Attend Coaching & Training – Show up consistently to team meetings, coaching sessions, and skill-building workshops to sharpen your knowledge and grow your business.
• Engage in Daily Role Play – Participate in regular script practice and objection handling to improve confidence and lead conversion.
• Follow Up & Convert Leads – Promptly engage and nurture assigned leads (including Zillow Flex) through calls, texts, emails, and CRM tracking.
• Host Open Houses – Prepare for and host open houses to generate buyer interest, gain neighborhood exposure, and capture new leads.
• Prospect for New Business – Actively reach out to your sphere, past clients, and local community to build pipeline opportunities.
• Show Homes & Conduct Consultations – Schedule and attend buyer showings, seller listing appointments, and deliver top-notch service and expertise.
• Maintain CRM & Pipeline – Keep your database organized, updated, and consistent with follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Collaborate with the Team – Communicate with support staff, leadership, and fellow agents to ensure smooth transactions and a strong team dynamic.

• Active real estate license or working towards it.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
