Be among the first applicants for a Front of the House role  are looking for versatile Front of the House Team Members to work as Cashier, Guest Service Associate and Drive-Thru. Our FOH Team Members focus on guest hospitality, ensuring guests are taken care of quickly, efficiently and in a manner that encourages them to return. FOH Team Members take orders on the POS, handle payments and change, and support drive-thru speed and accuracy while assisting guests in the dining room.

• Take orders on the POS and process payments with accuracy
• Provide fast, friendly guest service in the dining room and drive-thru
• Ensure guests are treated with hospitality and care, encouraging repeat visits
• Adhere to all PDQ policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work space; participate in routine cleaning
• Communicate positively with teammates, management and guests

• Excellent guest service skills
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• 4-8 hour shifts from 9 am to 10 pm
• Available to work at least 3 days per week, including weekends
• Ability to take payments and give change (cash handling)
• Fast and accurate ticket reading ability
• Strong organizational skills for drive-thru
• Ability to work clean and maintain a clean and sanitized workspace
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
