Prep Cook

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Prep Cook who enjoys preparing made‑from‑scratch food that meets our legendary standards.

• Read a prep sheet
• Follow Texas Roadhouse legendary recipes
• Keep the walk‑in refrigerator clean and organized
• Maintain and use equipment properly
• Follow storage and rotation procedures
• Maintain proper safety and sanitation practices
• Exhibit teamwork
