Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Retail Stocking Associate to join our team in Marlton, NJ. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment and enjoy hands‑on, team‑based work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive freight and convey shipments from the shipping/receiving platform to the backroom.
• Process, ticket, store, move, and display merchandise.
• Stock, organize, and present new merchandise on the sales floor.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by manager from time‑to‑time.

Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly wage of $15.92 per hour
. Part‑time associates may be eligible for Burlington’s benefits package, including medical coverage and a 401(k) plan, based on hours worked. Additional benefits include up to 4 hours of paid time off annually after one year of service, up to 8 paid holidays, and paid sick time in accordance with applicable law. All associates receive an associate discount.
