• Base salary $75,000–$150,000+ annually, consisting of commission and bonus based on performance.

• Greet and assist customers through the buying process.
• Present vehicles and features clearly.
• Follow up through phone, text, and email.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes.
• Work with managers to structure deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Treat every customer like they're the only one on your schedule.

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer‑care skills.
• Ability to follow process and stay organized.

• Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.
