Equipment Sales Representative

Cherry Valley Tractor Sales, located in Marlton, NJ is looking to hire an in-house salesman. We are a full line Kubota and New Holland equipment dealership with a ton of short lines.

This position is based out of Marlton, NJ. The right candidate will possess a positive and professional attitude, excellent communication skills, a persistent personality.

• Secures new and used equipment sales orders, locates new prospects and determines prospects’ needs, makes product presentations, points out the benefits of equipment, and emphasizes the advantages of dealing with Cherry Valley Tractor.
• Once sale is established, Individual will work on getting customer approved for financing, if needed. Then secure/order all items need for the sale.
• Pursing sales opportunity leads.
• Work directly with Sales Manager to increase profitability and market share
• Keeps familiar with new products developed by the factory and by the competition.
• Maintains a high degree of sales professionalism through study and attendance at meetings and association activities where improvement programs are offered.
• Show/demonstrate equipment to walk in customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

This individual with have strong skills in the following areas: communication, customer care, organization, and computers. Equipment background/experience is a plus but not necessarily a must. Must be able to start, drive, operate, climb on and into all types of equipment.
