This role goes beyond answering phones – it includes a base hourly rate tailored to your experience and skill, plus an uncapped commission structure on membership sales. Top performers typically earn an additional $2–$4 per hour in commission.

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Achieve all performance‑based goals set by spa leadership consistently (Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, Gift Card Sales).
• Maintain detailed knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on service benefits.
• Provide an excellent customer experience through phone calls, appointment setting, client greetings, and membership sales management.
• Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

The Sales Associate role offers a varied schedule, including weekend, daytime, evening, and holiday shifts. Flexible availability is preferred.

$16.00 – $18.00 per hour.
