In the State of NJ this position pays Entry‑Level Sales candidates with little to no experience $55k/yr base + uncapped commission and Experienced Sales candidates $65k/yr base + uncapped commission.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Conduct face‑to‑face sales calls with healthcare providers and referral sources.
  • Educate clients on product benefits, patient outcomes, and service capabilities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas through strategic territory management.
  • Promote Rotech’s wound care and NPWT solutions, along with respiratory equipment and services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Background check, drug screen, compliance with healthcare facility credentialing process, valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
  • Four‑year college degree preferred.
  • Experience in respiratory or medical sales preferred.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Proven sales performer – 2+ years in B2B or healthcare sales.
  • Independent & resourceful, excellent communication skills, willingness to travel.
  • CRM experience and familiarity with sales platforms.
Skills and Competencies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external healthcare partners.
  • Effective communication in English.
  • Helpful, knowledgeable, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to interpret communication formats and instructions.
  • Knowledge of DME or HME.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Utilize medical terminology.
  • Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Stay organized, self‑motivated, solution‑oriented.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Physical Demands
  • Drive and travel regularly via personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Lift and carry office equipment at times.
  • Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking, listening.
  • Requires close vision to small print on computer or tablet.
