This is a full‑time, on‑site Heating Air Conditioning Technician role located in Marlton, NJ. The Heating Air Conditioning Technician will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems within residential properties. Tasks will include conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, and ensuring all work complies with safety and EPA standards. Collaboration with team members and adherence to industry best practices are essential in this role.
Qualifications- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues effectively.
- Proficiency in plumbing and preventive maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems.
- Solid understanding of electricity and electrical components as applied to HVAC systems.
- EPA certification and knowledge of compliance with environmental regulations.
- Ability to work on‑site in Marlton, NJ, and manage time efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Previous experience in HVAC or similar technical roles is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is a plus.
