Fox Motors has a Quick Lube Advisor opening in Traverse City, MI at Fox Marquette Chevrolet . You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by developing and maintaining trust with our customers that will build long-term relationships.

The Quick Lube Advisor is a trusted automotive expert that plays an active role in the quick service lane(s). As a Quick Lube Advisor, you are responsible for greeting customers, determining needs for vehicle, preparing, and presenting repair orders, and maintaining customer records. Fox Motors is looking for a Quick Lube Advisor that has automotive knowledge, strong written and verbal communication skills, and is team focused.

Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.

• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
• Writes up repair order after referring to service history and vehicle inspection.
• Establishes "promised time" for completed work.
• Reviews work completed with customer and obtains signature.
• Processes payment for work.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Oil Change Technician.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver's license.
