• Employed multi‑specialty practice
• 8 providers, including I.D., Nephrology, Internal/Adult Medicine, Endocrinology
• Consultative‑only call 1:2
• Average of 10 inpatients/14 outpatients per day
• Michigan State University teaching hospital
• Outpatient EMR – Athena;
  Inpatient EMR – Cerner
