UP Health System - Marquette invites BC/BE Nephrologists to join our dedicated and cohesive multi-specialty team. As the regional referral hospital, we proudly serve a catchment area of over 310,000 people. We are committed to a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to patient care, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate service.

• Team Environment:
  Join a cohesive team of 2 Nephrologists and 2 APPs.
• Patient Mix: 70% outpatient and 30% inpatient care.
• Consultative Role:
  Focus on consultations only, with no admissions.

  Schedule:
  
  Call is phone-only, with hospitalists taking the first call after 5 PM.
• Manageable Inpatient Load:
  Average inpatient load of 12-16 patients per day.
• Multi-Specialty Clinic:
  Collaborate with a diverse group of specialists, including internal medicine, adult-only family medicine, infectious disease, endocrinology, and rheumatology.
