• Perform a wide range of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and enthusiasm.
• Apply advanced techniques including gel polish application, nail sculpting, and intricate designs utilizing your knowledge of color theory to create stunning looks.
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Provide expert advice on nail care routines and product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to maximize client experience and revenue.
• Stay current with industry trends in nail styling, hair extensions, hair threading, and esthetic treatments to bring fresh ideas to clients.
• Cultivate strong communication skills to connect with clients, understand their needs, and deliver outstanding customer service consistently.

• Valid cosmetology license or certification with training in nail care; additional certifications in esthetic laser treatment or dermabrasion are a plus.
• Proven experience in performing professional nail services with a portfolio of creative designs.
• Knowledge of color theory to match and blend shades effectively for custom nail art.
• Strong understanding of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a genuine focus on client needs.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings as needed.
