Direct Care Worker (DCW) shall work as part of a treatment team in a 24 hour, 7 day a week, shift-staffed group home. The DCW shall implement resident treatment plans, and build and maintain positive, constructive relationships between the residents and their peers and staff. The DCW shall encourage the youth to learn and refine their skills in many areas so that they may develop to their maximum potential and become productive members of society.
Requirements:
High School Diploma with experience working with youth or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field and/or experience working with youth preferred.
