• Facility: 225-bed specialty care hospital featuring advanced services:
  Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine, Rehab, Behavioral Health, Digestive Health, Bariatric Medicine, Women's Health, and Pediatrics
• Unit:
  Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Position Type:
  Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (19:00-07:00)
• Weekly
  
  Hours:

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 09/07/2025 – End: 12/07/2025)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2020 - $2070

NICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license (Michigan or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of recent NICU nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
• Must reside at least 60 miles from Marquette, MI to qualify for travel nurse status

NICU RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to neonates in the NICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate and support families throughout the neonatal care process
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive clinical environment for patients and staff
• Participate in ongoing clinical training and orientation as required
