Full‑Time | 0.9 FTE | 12‑hour night shifts plus weekend and holiday rotations.

Sign‑on bonus: $7,500 (subject to eligibility).

UP Health System – Marquette is part of Lifepoint Health, a nationwide network devoted to making communities healthier. As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our ICU team, you’ll play a vital role in caring for open‑heart, neuro‑surgical, CRRT, trauma, cath‑lab, and interventional radiology patients.

• Plan and execute patient care interventions, including medication administration and specimen collection.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely.
• Monitor, record, and communicate changes in patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient transfers, discharges, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support.
• Assess learning needs of patients/families and provide education tailored to age, culture, and condition.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.

Applicants must hold a valid Michigan RN license and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS‑HCP) – required.
• Handle with Care – Advanced (within 90 days).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – within 1 year.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – within 1 year.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) – within 1 year.
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) – within 1 year.
