Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (Telemetry) night shift position in Michigan requiring a current MI RN license and two years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities- Work in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Serves adult medical-surgical and telemetry patient populations
- 13-week contract assignment
- Travelers must live at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Responsible for caring for patients in a progressive care/telemetry environment
- Team environment with cross-disciplinary support
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Specific holiday coverage requirements may apply
- No housing stipend or housing expenses are supported for this assignment
- Active Michigan RN license required at time of consideration
- Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital experience in a similar setting
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (RQI certifications not accepted)
- Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
- COVID-19 vaccination card required
- Cannot have been employed as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
- Cannot hold full-time employment elsewhere during the contract
