American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Radiographer for a 13-week travel assignment requiring ARRT registry and 2+ years of IR experience.

• 225-bed specialty care hospital with a Level 2 trauma designation
• Work in the Interventional Radiology department on the 2nd floor, consisting of 5 exam rooms and 1 specials room
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
• Utilizes GE Innova imaging equipment and Cerner EHR
• 8-hour day shifts with start times of 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, or 8:30 AM
• Weekend hours limited to call only, with call required 1 night per week and 1 weekend every 5 weeks on a rotational basis
• Floating required to the Interventional Pain Clinic

• Active MI RN license required
• ARRT Registry certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required
• Must be proficient in sterile technique and able to scrub for a variety of IR procedures
• Experience with peripheral interventions, biopsies, venous and arterial thrombolysis, EVARs, MMAs, and drain/drainage procedures
• Cerner EHR experience preferred

• Work within a Heart & Vascular Institute offering premier imaging, surgery, and laboratory services
• Collaborate with a variety of providers and staff across multiple clinical situations
• Hospital-provided scrubs required; standard surgical attire expected
• Must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for the travel rate
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere on a full-time basis while on assignment
