Schedule:

.8 FTE
8:00am–4:30pm
Weekend On-Call Rotation (may vary by need)
Flexible scheduling + competitive on-call pay

What You’ll Do:

Visit patients in their home setting—wherever they call home
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care
Manage symptoms, educate families, and provide holistic support
Collaborate with a deeply committed team that values your voice and autonomy

Current Michigan RN License required at time of hire.
