The Kids Crunch Attendant supervises all children checked into the Kids Crunch department. They work to create a clean, safe environment for members and trust.

• Create a friendly atmosphere for members and children.
• Register and check out children and parents; keep accurate records.
• Watch and care for children to ensure safety.
• Maintain consistent interaction with children, initiating games and arts & crafts projects.
• Provide feeding assistance for babies or older children in accordance with parental directions.
• Maintain a calm environment.
• Clean and sanitize childcare toys.
• Keep the work area free of sharp or harmful objects.
• Answer child‑care related phone calls.
• Communicate information about children to parents or guardians.
• Provide recommendations for toys, educational tools, and other resources.
• Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Assist with member requests or forward them to a manager.
• Remain aware of club facilities and services.
• Assist in all projects delegated by club management.
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook.
• Perform any additional tasks or projects requested by management.
