Walgreens is seeking a pharmacist to provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients and support the pharmacy team at our retail locations.

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients
• Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost‑effective options
• Deliver clinical services such as immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management
• Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment

• BS in Pharmacy or equivalent pharmacist degree from an accredited institution
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
• Experience performing prescription dispensing with knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws
• Certified immunizer or willingness to become one within 90 days of hire

• At least one year of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling, verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software, and insurance
