JOB TYPE: Full-Time

PAY RANGE: $60,000 - $100,000

• Welcome customers with a genuine smile and great energy
• Perform walk-arounds using our process (you’ll be trained!)
• Listen closely to customer concerns and translate them into clear service needs
• Create repair orders, schedule appointments, and handle cashiering
• Recommend maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines—because preventative care is a good thing
• Keep customers in the loop with accurate estimates and realistic timelines
• Work closely with technicians to make sure everyone’s on the same page
• Follow up after service visits (people love that)
• Deliver vehicles back to happy customers and answer questions
• Hit performance goals set by Service Leadership

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience is great, but not required—we’ll train the right person
• Positive attitude (seriously, it matters here)
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Valid Michigan driver’s license with an insurable record
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and phone systems
• Ability to read, speak, and write English clearly
• Bilingual candidates—please apply!
