Test Technician

We are looking for a Test Technician to work in Marshall, Michigan. The successful candidate will support the E‑Mobility Group and partner closely with engineering to advance product development.

• Test, commission, and troubleshoot new products in collaboration with engineering.
• Provide technical solutions to resolve product issues.
• Complete assigned tasks with assistance from team members and engineers.
• Conduct required tests and calibrations using test equipment.
• Check and maintain equipment to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Perform quality measurements, use test instruments, and analyze electrical components.
• Support all phases of product development, including assembly, testing, design, failure analysis, and cost reduction.
• Help comply with the Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
• Carry out laboratory duties, participate in team projects, research new processes, and work under deadlines and occasional overtime.
• Promote a safe, clean, and respectful workplace and support safety programs.

• High school diploma or GED required; co‑op or internship experience accepted.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an automotive, electrical, mechanical, testing, machining, or engineering environment.
• Experience with testing, running, troubleshooting, evaluating, or servicing automotive/electrical/ mechanical components and test equipment is highly desirable.
• Experience in quality measurements and analysis using test instruments is desirable.

• May be required to perform repetitive lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, standing, climbing, squatting, bending, kneeling, and driving extended distances.
• May handle varied lab duties and research new processes or concepts.
• Safety equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, hearing protection, and electrical worker protection may be required.
