Responsibilities

- Benefit Expertise & Compliance:
Become the go-to expert for all company benefit offerings, ensuring their accurate and compliant delivery - Direct Employee Support:
Serve as the primary on-site resource, guiding employees through benefit questions, enrollment, and complex issue resolution, including vendor liaison. - Engaging Communication &
Education:
Develop and deliver compelling communications, presentations, and orientations to maximize employee understanding and engagement with their benefit programs. - Enrollment & Administration:
Oversee new hire and annual benefit enrollment processes for health, retirement, disability, and leave programs. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with the Company’s global Total Rewards team to ensure accurate benefit communications and related processes. - Strategic Analysis & Improvement:
Analyze benefit utilization trends, contribute to process improvements, benchmarking, and participate in broader HR initiatives and special projects. - Established and active employee resource groups
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3 years of HR experience, preferably in benefits administration supporting hourly/manufacturing employees.
- Strong understanding of benefits administration, regulatory compliance (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA), and general HR processes.
- Demonstrated proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office applications, with strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Proven project management and organizational skills, with experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
- Prior HR experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with benefit vendor systems and integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate resources across multiple functions.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
- Ability to guide and influence employees and leaders at all levels.
- Experience with wellness program design or implementation.
