PM Shifts Licensed Practical Nurses; LPN

1st Shift - Full & Part Time 2nd & 3rd Shifts - Full Time!!! 8 Hour Shifts!!

Must hold current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

• Pay:
  Hourly Pay + $2 Weekend Shift Differential + EXTRA $3.40 / Hour Hero Pay!
• 8 Hour Shifts
• 60 Bed Facility
• LPN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants

• A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents
• Current LPN License
• Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification
• Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations
• Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
