• Part-Time: 1st Shift | $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

• 8-hour shifts with extra weekend and hero pay
  ($2 weekend differential + $3.40/hour hero pay)

As a Part-Time LPN in our 60-bed community, you’ll play an essential role in promoting the health, comfort, and dignity of the residents we serve. You’ll work alongside a caring team that values respect, collaboration, and quality care.

• Deliver direct resident care in alignment with individualized care plans

• Administer medications and perform treatments with accuracy and compassion

• Support nursing assistants to ensure consistent quality care

• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards

• Current LPN License

• Medication Administration and IV certification

• Strong understanding of state rules and regulations

• Reliable, team-focused, and a positive communicator
