Base pay range$20.90/hr - $20.90/hr
Compensation & Schedule- 2nd Shift – Full & Part Time
- Pay: $17.50/hour + $3.40/hour Hero Pay
- 8-Hour Shifts
- 60-Bed Facility

What You’ll Do- Provide resident care according to individualized Care Plans
- Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
- Follow all infection control procedures
- Accurately document vitals and required information
- Immediately report any concern or violation of the Residents’ Bill of Rights
- Support residents and your care team with a positive, team‑focused attitude
- Completed CNA/STNA course and active state certification
- Strong communication skills
- A service‑driven mindset and eagerness to learn
- Positive, dependable attendance
