Part‑Time LPN (1st Shift) – $4,000 Sign‑On Bonus

• Sign‑On Bonus: $4,000
• 8‑hour first‑shift hours
• Extra weekend differential: $2.00 per shift
• Hero pay: $3.40 per hour on hero shifts

• Deliver direct resident care in alignment with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments with accuracy and compassion
• Support nursing assistants to ensure consistent quality care
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards

• Current LPN license
• Medication Administration and IV certification
• Strong understanding of state rules and regulations
• Reliable, team‑focused, and a positive communicator
