Process Quality Engineer - Marshall

The Quality Engineer is responsible for quality control of a repackaging process including repackaging quality, data management, problem solving and tracking, and incoming material quality management of the production base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in quality management and quality tools and principles.

• Control and quality management of production line processes.
• Monitor and manage SPC, FAI, MES inspection, FIFO, error proofing, rework, equipment qualification.
• Ensure all quality-related activities are performed effectively and comply with company standards and requirements.
• Perform quality risk identification and initiate quality improvements.
• Manage changes in the production process and ensure implementation of process response plans.
• Provide training and support to enhance the PQE technicians' overall competency.
• Support process audits such as LPA.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in production quality control or quality assurance, particularly in the vehicle manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of the basic principles of battery operations.
• Familiar with basic characteristics of communication faults and mechanical structure failure.
• Proficient in product failure analysis methods.
• Proficient in quality analysis and improvement tools such as 8D, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and FTA.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
• Strong data analysis and processing abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds and skill levels.
