Diesel Mechanic
Trillium Staffing seeks Diesel Technicians in Marshall, MI for direct-hire roles on 1st and 2nd shifts with weekend on-call per month according to experience. 1st shift 7:00–16:00; 2nd shift 15:00–24:00 with $4 shift premium for 2nd shift.
Level 1 pays $22–$28/hour (1–3 years). Level 2 pays $28–$35/hour (3–7 years). Level 3 pays $35–$45/hour (6+ years). Benefits include BCBS health, 6% 401(k) match, two weeks PTO, nine holidays after 90 days.
