Job Duties
- Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Accurately pick, pack, sort, label, and organize inventory within the storeroom and warehouse.
- Issue tools, materials, and equipment to employees while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Enter inventory transactions into computerized inventory management systems.
- Monitor stock levels and submit replenishment requests as needed.
- Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Inspect tools and equipment for damage, wear, and safety concerns.
- Deliver materials and equipment to work locations throughout the facility.
- Assist in locating lost or misplaced inventory and equipment.
- Support a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Experience Requirements
- 3+ months of warehouse, inventory, logistics, shipping/receiving, or storeroom experience preferred.
- Experience with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to read work instructions, safety procedures, and operational documents.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexible schedule availability, including overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 lbs. independently, and heavier items with assistance.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
