The Part Time Receptionist
will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization. Daily routines include providing support for administrative staff at Brooklyn Park and as needed, associates at regional offices. Answer, screen and direct phone calls to staff, take messages and schedule appointments. The Receptionist will also assist with preparing, modifying, and finalizing documents including, but not limited to technical reports, proposal documents, correspondence, marketing materials and IEA software and databases.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills and competency in relevant software programs. These include but are not limited to Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • 2 years of receptionist experience.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Core work hours are 10:00am to 2:00pm, Monday – Friday

The typical hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $22.00 – $24.00 per hour. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
