Tire and Lube Automotive Technician

Our Marshall Service Shop is looking for a dependable and motivated Tire and Lube Automotive Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle essential maintenance services like oil changes, tire repairs, and inspections while working in a well-equipped shop that values safety, reliability, and quality service.

• Perform work as stated on repair orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform oil changes and tire repairs and replacements
• Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replenish as necessary
• Ensure customers’ vehicles are kept clean
• Ensure shop area is kept clean
• Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner
• Provide exceptional customer service

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, reach above shoulders and lift and handle a variety of tire and wheel combinations
• Reliable

• Automotive service experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self-motivated

• Competitive pay: $16–$18/hour, depending on experience
