What You'll Do- Team Up in the Kitchen:
Help with food prep and cleanup - keeping things organized and tidy. - Stay Organized:
Keep everything running smoothly with accurate and up-to-date recordkeeping. - Add a Healthy Twist:
Bring energy and creativity to health and nutrition activities that inspire kids to make healthier choices. - Pitch In:
Help out with light janitorial duties when necessary - teamwork makes the dream work. - Promote the Program:
Support recruitment and enrollment efforts to spread the word about Head Start. - Prioritize Safety:
Ensure a safe environment for everyone, every step of the way.
- You know your way around a computer.
- You’re a team player and can handle tasks on your own like a pro.
- Reliable? That’s your middle name!
- You’re up to speed on child development - oreager to learn.
- Problem-solving and keeping the peace? Piece of cake!
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma/GED and/or relevant experience.
- CPR and First Aid Certified - or ready to get certified.
- Food Safety Certification - or the willingness to get certified within 3 months.
- Starting salary of $15.83 - $22.93/hour - plus benefits!
- Full-time (36 hours per week), 12 Month Union Position
