Aboutthe Role
We are seeking an Account Service Representative in our Marshall, MN branch! As an Account Service Representative, you'll play an essential role in providing personalized service to our members. Your position will be a perfect fit for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and offering solutions that meet our members' financial needs. You’ll be the face of LECU, assisting members with their accounts and ensuring that they leave every interaction satisfied and informed.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting members with their transaction needs.
- Resolving member issues and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.
- Offering a variety of products and services that meet the unique needs of each member.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions.
- Exceptional member service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to resolve member issues effectively.
- A passion for offering products and services that make a difference for members.
