Job ResponsibilitiesAs one of our Dental Assistants, you’ll play a key role in delivering top‑tier patient experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting dentists during procedures and ensuring efficient workflows.
- Preparing and sterilizing dental instruments.
- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and post‑treatment care.
- Managing patient records and scheduling appointments.
We're seeking candidates who share our dedication to excellence. The ideal Dental Assistant will bring:
- A Minnesota Dental Assisting License or credentials to obtain one.
- Certification by the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB).
- CPR certification and up‑to‑date infection control training.
- A warm, friendly personality with outstanding communication skills.
- Experience with Eaglesoft, CEREC, Invisalign, and implants (preferred, but not required).
