This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Services Representative at Leading Edge Credit Union in Marshall, MN. The Account Services Representative will assist members with account inquiries, process financial transactions, open and close accounts, and provide guidance on financial products and services. The individual will ensure excellent customer service, promote credit union offerings, and support members with account management and employee benefits solutions.

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build effective relationships and provide clear information
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Account Management to address member inquiries and manage financial solutions
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits to effectively support and guide members on various benefits and financial opportunities
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain professionalism in an on-site work environment
• Previous experience in a financial institution or similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related fields is an advantage
