As a Regional Physical Therapist, you will deliver high‑quality rehabilitation services across outpatient, SNF/LTC, home health, and hospital inpatient settings within a 60‑mile radius. Your work will support patients in restoring mobility, function, and independence.

  40 hours per week, flexible Monday through Friday schedule
• Settings: 60‑mile radius covering outpatient, SNF/LTC, home health, hospital inpatient

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist program
• Eligible for or currently licensed PT in Minnesota
