Direct Care Staff Part Time

Direct Care Staff are responsible for the engagement, supervision, and guidance of teens at Hope Harbor with particular emphasis on life skills, social skills, daily living, and Christian mentorship and faith development. Our Marshall, MN location serves girls ages 12-17 and houses up to six teens at a time.

Shifts available may include 2:30 pm-11:30 pm M-F, 11:30 pm-8:30 am awake overnights on weekdays, 8 am-4 pm or 4 pm-12 pm weekends, and 12 am-8 am awake overnights weekends. Part time is under 32 hours a week (up to three shifts a week, at least one shift a month required). Full time may also be available (four shifts a week at least 32 hours per week).

This is an afternoon and evening weekday, and afternoon, evening, and overnight weekends, shift position. We do NOT offer weekday morning ("8am-5pm M-F") hours.
