Material Handler II

Overview

Specialty Food Plant position with 1st shift.

Hours:

9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; rotating Saturdays. Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m. – 6 a.m.

Weekly Friday pay. Earn up to 2 weeks paid time off in your first year. 7 paid holidays and 2 personal days each year. Comprehensive Benefit Package, including:

• Move materials and supplies through the facility using material handling equipment such as carts, conveyor belts, and pallet jacks.
• Stack skids or pallets in designated areas, clean and dispose of scrap, bracing cardboard, and strapping.
• Place items in proper containers or designated areas and conduct intermediate material audits.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Must be able to work in freezers with subzero temperatures for 4–8 hours per day and stand for long periods.
