As an Applebee's Server, you will provide guests with a memorable first and last impression. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of each guest. The role is both rewarding and challenging, offering flexibility, daily pay options where available, competitive wages, tips, healthcare benefits, meal discounts and a clear career path.

• Greet guests warmly and deliver attentive service.
• Make personalized food and beverage recommendations.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively.

• Minimum age 18.
• Effective communication skills.
• Commitment to making an impact on guest experience.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds for up to four hours per shift.
• Ability to use protective hand and face coverings throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and maintain hand hygiene.

• Starts at minimum wage plus tips.
• Daily Pay options available (not available in California).
• Full-time schedule with flexible working hours.
• Health care benefits and meal discounts.

• Perform well‑paced mobility for longer than four (4) hours.
• Reach, bend, stoop, and lift as required, up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets approximately 30 times per shift.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to staff and guests.
