Carlson & Stewart Refrigeration is a design-build contractor specializing in commercial and industrial refrigeration systems across the Upper Midwest. We’re looking for full-time Ammonia Refrigeration Service Technicians in our Marshall and Sauk Rapids, MN offices. If you're motivated to solve problems, work with a variety of equipment, and provide excellent service, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair Ammonia/NH3 refrigeration systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with high accuracy.
- Perform system installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow safety procedures and policies at all times.
- Travel to job sites with paid travel time and per diem benefits.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights or on ladders.
- Willingness to be on-call for nights/weekends as required.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
