Typical Day

As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist
, you will focus on wowing clients now and in the future. You will help others, seeing the impact of your work firsthand, inspiring people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, building client relationships that grow stronger each year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
  • Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
  • Ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule and/or ability to work in multiple locations.
  • Sales/marketing experience.
Required Expertise
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Computer proficient with ability to use Microsoft Office.
